Launching Payments

Ifiniti is a versatile PayOut platform specifically tailored for mod developers in various gaming environments. It serves as a cutting-edge tool that empowers mod creators to monetize their work and manage their earnings efficiently. The platform is designed with the unique needs of the gaming community in mind, providing a user-friendly interface, robust security features, and reliable support to ensure that developers can focus on their creative process while we handle the complexities of payment processing.

Enrollment in Ifiniti is automated and user-friendly, ensuring security and ease for our users. As soon as you become eligible for a payout, you are automatically registered and receive an email containing a certificate for the payout.

Your account on Ifiniti is activated automatically once you receive the certificate. There's no need to follow any link for registration. The certificate in the email signifies that your identity has already been verified and your information is protected.

With the certificate, your account is set up, and you can directly manage and access your payouts. This streamlined process ensures that you, the intended recipient, are the only one who can control your account and payouts.

The access code referred to in our system is essentially a One-Time Password (OTP), a unique code meant for a single use to ensure secure access. If you find that the code isn't working, it's important to wait for the current code's timer to expire. Once it expires, you can request a new OTP. This process is designed to enhance security by ensuring that each access attempt is authenticated with a fresh, time-sensitive code. If you continue to experience issues with the access codes, please contact our support team for further assistance.

If you do not receive a code after entering your email, it indicates one of two possibilities: either you have not been registered in the system by the game developer, or our mail server is currently unresponsive. In this case, we recommend trying again later. For additional information, please refer to Question 2 in our FAQ section.

Your payment certificates are readily accessible in two ways. Firstly, you can find them through direct links provided in the email sent to you. These links will take you straight to your specific certificates. Additionally, the certificates are available in the 'My Cards' section for logged-in users. To access this, click on your avatar located in the upper right corner of the screen. This will lead you to your personal dashboard where you can view and manage your payment certificates.

When you receive your payment certificate, you cannot withdraw money on the day you received it. When your card is marked with Lock – it means that card is still not available for withdrawal, but still, you can open it and take a look on the date when it will be available for withdrawal.

In case your card has a snowflake on it, it means that you have requested money and transaction is now in process, in this case card can be opened and you can take a look on it

The collection of your personal information upon the initial access to your card is a crucial step for Ifiniti. This information, which includes your name, surname, country, and age, is gathered to determine the possible payout methods that are applicable to you. Additionally, it serves to confirm that you are either over 18 years old or have authorized an adult representative to input their information on your behalf. This process ensures that we provide you with the most suitable payout options while adhering to legal age requirements.

Indeed, you can receive a Payout, but it requires the involvement of an adult representative if you are under the legal age. When you proceed to provide your information, an additional instruction will appear, guiding you to invite an adult representative to assist with the process. It's important to note that you should actively involve an adult representative, rather than just inputting their information. This step ensures that all necessary legal and procedural guidelines are properly followed

This case means that Payout date have not come, so you must wait additional time in order to create a Payout request

In this scenario, you should select the 'Other' region option. By choosing this, be aware that your Payout methods will be somewhat limited. After you create your request, Ifiniti will require additional time, approximately 5 business days, to investigate whether we can process your transaction. During this period, it may be necessary for you to undergo additional KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures to verify your identity and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. After this investigation, we will contact you to provide information about the feasibility of the transaction, any additional fees, and further steps, if any, that need to be taken.
